This is the second annual report providing Executive and Members with a picture of the achievements of the previous year, condition of the highway and future proposals/projects that have an influence on the highway network. The report focuses on the strategic approach to highways and transportation, maintenance and management, sustainability, including an update on the Highways Asset Management Plan, overall performance and demonstrating.
